Where it all began
Busynbake began with a simple love of baking. I’m Sarah, founder of Busynbake; formerly a project manager and now a stay-at-home mum to three, who finds immense joy in creating homemade treats. Baking started as a cathartic escape for me—a way to slow down and bring smiles to those around me with my twist on classic recipes. From cookies and loaf cakes to cupcakes, brownies, and cinnamon rolls, it became a source of both relaxation and delight.
In April 2024, while seeking a home-based business that could blend with my family life, I decided to explore baking as a venture. I began experimenting with different recipes, and a red velvet cookie inspired by my favourite cupcake from Lola’s sparked a new idea. My journey took an exciting turn when I shared a photo of my homemade red velvet cookies on WhatsApp. Someone reached out, asking for the recipe, and instead, I offered to bake them for her. To my delight, she accepted, and Busynbake was born. We began with cookies and soon added loaf cakes to the menu, with each treat crafted with the utmost care.

Currently based in Kent, we are excited to share our bakes locally and beyond, with plans to grow as demand allows.
